I am shocked and saddened to read of Tom's death. Tom was one of my best friends in high school - and I bet he was a great friend for many of you too. In looking through the years at the fine young man Tom was, I see a thoughtful and caring person, with a great, and usually self-deprecating, wit. In those days beach volleyball and providing meticulous care for his beloved VW squareback were high on his list of priorities. His loss must be great for his friends and family. I hope his life was a happy one.
