Cindy Jean Allen (nee, Squires) - Chandler, AZ.  Cindy was born June 23, 1953 in Pasadena, CA. She grew up in La Verne, CA, and graduated from Claremont High School in 1971. In 1979, she opened a salon, Hair Syndicut, in Upland, CA, which she owned for over 30 years. Cindy moved to Arizona in 1987, with her husband at the time, Charlie Allen, to live near his business, Firebird International Raceway, in Chandler. She enjoyed racing, traveling, exploring nature, fishing, and devoted time daily to religious study. 

Her passing on October 5, 2016 has come as a heartbreaking loss to her family and friends. She was compassionate and generous, and had a special way of letting others know what they meant to her. 

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Rucker Ernest & Ida Lorraine (Hargus) Squires, & her brother Raymond Merritt Squires. She will be forever missed by her daughter Kelly (Tresco) Boutard of Tempe, AZ, grandsons Andrew & Marley, & nieces Michele Salley & Tracy Squires. She had special relationships with Charlie's sons and their families: Chuck (Katrin) Allen, their daughters Kylene & Jaylene, Jason Allen & family, & Jared (Rita) Allen, & their children Nia & Noah. 

A celebration of Cindy's life to be held at Arizona Community Church on December 3, 2016 at 11:00am. 9325 S. Rural Road, Tempe, AZ 85284, room G5. Please park on the south side of church off Knox Rd.
