Kathy Colburn Werkmeister passed away suddenly, and is now in the presence of Jesus. She was born in Pomona and lived her entire life in Claremont, CA. She attended the Claremont Schools from K-12. She worked as a Teacher's Aide at Western Christian School, and taught both Sunday School and Awanas for over 13 Years. She additionally worked in the meat department at Stater Bros. while serving as a host mother for multiple foreign exchange students who were attending Western Christian Schools.
She is survived by her parents Sid & Dee Colburn, her siblings David Colburn and Teri Mcadoo, her husband Eric Werkmeister, her Children Rory and Lacy Alderman and her two grandchildren, Noah and Liam Alderman.
Service will be held at Grace Church at Lutheran High School on Sunday, January, 25th at 2:30PM 3960 Fruit St, La Verne, CA.
