Kenneth Ralph Campbell - Class Of 1972 VIEW PROFILE

Kenneth Ralph Campbell, 56, of Dana Point, Calif., died Thursday, March 10 of a sudden heart attack while leaving his place of employment for the evening.

Born April 9, 1954 in New Haven Conn., Ken spent his childhood in California, moving to Polson with his family in 1970.

Upon graduation from Polson High School in 1972, Ken embarked on a college education at the University of Montana culminating in a degree from Pepperdine University. He earned a J.D. at Southwestern University, Los Angeles, CA and entered the California Bar in 1982.

Ken began his law career at the firm of Hillsinger and Constanzo in Los Angeles, and shortly thereafter developed a branch office in San Diego. Later, he established the partnership of Campbell and Miller, spending most of his 30-year law career in the San Diego area. Currently employed by Doyle and Moore of Irvine, Calif., he passionately enjoyed his work.

In 1987, Ken married Stephanie Sada. They later divorced.

Ken will be remembered for his many talents, ranging from running track (1972 Montana state hurdles champion) to his amazing musical abilities. In addition to his lifelong love of music, he enjoyed sports cars and sports of all kinds. His love of the Lord was reflected in his love of those around him and Ken’s intense energy, intelligence and personality will remain unforgettable.

Survivors include his parents, Dr. Ralph K. and Janice A. Campbell of Polson; brother Brian (Tricia) of Polson; sister Claire Park (Tad) of Tucson, Ariz.; sister Lucy Wells (Tom) of Mount Vernon, Wash.; sister Nancy Goebel (David) of Boise, Idaho; and five nephews and four nieces. He also leaves behind many beloved friends.
