Amy Sue was born on August 5, 1961 in Denver Colorado to Shirley (Purvis) and Griffin Hill. She passed away at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, on September 14, 2019 at the age of 58. 

She attended Claremont High School in Claremont California where she graduated with the class of 1979. 

Amy was married to Wesley Scott Smith in October of 1990 in Laredo Texas by a Justice of the Peace. After their marriage they continued to live in Texas, until relocating to Alva in 2001. Amy worked at different jobs in Alva including, The bowling alley, The BLVD Bistro and Value Added Products (VAP). 

She is preceded in death by her mother in 2004 and her husband in 2014. 
Amy is survived by her daughter Alyssa,and her husband Jeremiah Schlarb, her son Jason Smith, two grandkids Aiden and Morgan Schlarb, all of Alva. She is also survived by her father, three sisters, and two brothers, serveral nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends. 

Amy will be dearly missed by those closest to her.
