John Erickson passed away in his home in Valencia, CA on early Sunday morning, November 29, 2009, at the age of 51. He was husband to Joann Erickson and father to Emily and Lily.

John was a great friend and talented pilot in the model aircraft community. He was a member of Team Futaba, member and former president of the Santa Soaring Association, and LSF V #122.
