We just received word from a friend of Don's in Yucca Valley that he passed away yesterday.
Don was outside on Saturday (10/10) with a friend participating in "Clean the Desert Day", picking up things and "cleaning". Don collapsed with a fatal heart attack. Giena, his wife of only one year, said that he had wanted his body donated to Loma Linda Science School, which has been done.

Having just re-connected with a few of you, I recently made the comment that I wanted to touch base with Don. Looks like I waited a bit too long.
Don was one of those guys who crossed all boudries and had no fears. He was very bright and the were never boring!
God Bless you Don. You made a lot of us smile.
