Patricia Urquizu, age 55 of Fontana, California passed away on June 26, 2006 at Kaiser Hospital in Fontana, Ca. She was a Fontana resident for 20 years.
A homemaker, she was born on June 6, 1951 in Pomona, California. Patricia graduated from Claremont High School in 1969. A loving mother, grandmother and sister she will be greatly missed.
She is survived by son, Michael Killen; granddaughter, Deanna Killen; brothers, Dana Procsal and Dow Procsal and sister, Pam Wilt. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 19 years John R. Urquizu.
Services will be this Friday, June 30, 2006 with visitation starting at 11 a.m. Funeral Service will start at 1:00 p.m. at Draper Memorial Chapel in Ontario, California. Interment will take place at Bellevue Memorial Park.
