A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 24, 2007, in Finley's Snset Hills Mortuary for Susan R. Irwin, who died May 19 at age 58. Susan latkovich was born Aug. 10, 1948, in Tackhikawa, Japan. She recieved a amster's degree from the University of San Francisco and moved from Merced, Calif., to Hillsboro in teh 1990's. She was director of Health & Human Services for Washington County. Survivors include her sisters, Catherine Beck, Georgine Hertz and Christine Latkovich; and brothers, John Latkovich and Daniel Latkovich.
