Posted on facebook by her son Blake on August 27, 2025:

On behalf of Mom and my brother Trevorr, I wanted her friends on Facebook to know she suffering the effects of dementia. She is in hospice now. She worked at Lanterman Developmental Center for nearly 40 years. She was the Personnel Officer and also a Nursing Coordinator before retiring in 2004. She was very proud of her service to the residents of Lanterman and the state of California. But her heart belongs to her family and friends. Nothing excited her more than gathering friends and family and sharing her beautiful laugh and hospitality. Many of you know her as an administrator or friend but her role as daughter, sister and mom meant the world to her.
