Robert Louis Buzz Millar

August 22, 1951 - June 6, 2010


Robert Louis Millar died at home in Battle Ground, WA at the age of 58. Born Aug. 22, 1951 in Montreal, Canada, he was raised primarily in California, where he graduated from Claremont High School and attended Chaffey College. 

Robert moved to Vancouver, WA in 1970 and resided in Battle Ground, WA since 1985.  He married Deborah Howell on Sept. 20, 1973 in Portland, OR.

Robert worked in industrial sales and in construction. His hobbies included: beekeeping, fishing, golfing, as well as spending time with family. 
 
Robert is survived by his wife, Deborah Dawn Millar; daughters, Michelle Dawn Walters and Alicia May Fletty; son, David Robert Millar; his mother, Venita Emily Millar; brother, Karel Millar; his sister-in-law, Dianne Marie Millar; and two grandchildren, William Fletty and Race Walters. 
He was preceded in death by his father, John Frederick Millar; and his brother, Wayne Millar.

 
A memorial will be held for at 1:00 p.m. on Sat., June 12, 2010 at Mountain View Hazen Church in Amboy, WA. Arrangements by Crown Memorial Center in Tualatin, OR.
