George Harvey Pollock of Rancho Palos Verdes. Born August 4, 1965 in Pomona to Ted and Mary Pollock. George passed away January 6, 2006 at City of Hope Cancer Treatment Center. 

He was married to Janette Pinedo-Pollock on October 27, 1990 at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena. He graduated in 1983 from Claremont High School and graduated in 1988 from University of California at Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Physics. He was a founding father of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity at USC and graduated in 2000 from University of Southern California, George S Marshall School of Business with a Masters of Business Administration. 

Surviving family members include wife, Janette Pinedo-Pollock, son age 6, Atlee Pollock, daughter age 3, Natalie Pollock, mother, Mary Pollock and brother, Gordon Pollock. 

Funeral services will be on January 13, 2006 at 11:00 am at Rolling Hills United Methodist Church, 26438 Crenshaw Boulevard, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274 Donations can be made in memory of George Pollock to: USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, 1441 Eastlake Avenue Room 8302, Los Angeles, CA 90033
