Dan Lindsay Weatherton, a member of the construction machinery industry for many years, passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 11, 2012. Born June 15, 1955 in Greensburg, Pa., Weatherton graduated from the University of LaVerne with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Weatherton—the son of long-time member of the World of Concrete team Bob Weatherton—was looking forward to starting a new job in Houston in the middle of March.

Weatherton enjoyed playing handball, working out, traveling, and spending time with his family. He was extremely proud of his children and maintained close contact with them even though they were away at college. Weatherton will be missed by his family, many friends in the community, and the industry.

Weatherton is survived by his wife Ursula, his son Kirk, daughter Kelsey, brother Tim, and father Bob and Bob’s wife Jane Goodfellow.
