Carolanne, loving daughter, sister and aunt, passed away in 2009 after a long, courageous battle with colon cancer. Though she raised no children of her own, she taught voice and piano to numerous students whose lives were enriched by knowing her. At her memorial I was moved to tears by how many of those students from as far back as twenty years ago came to pay her tribute in their "final recital" dedicated to her. She truly touched many lives, is missed by many and will not be soon forgotten. May she rest in peace.
