We could not locate an obituary for Dan, however, we were able to find one for his wife, Adele, which is below:

Adele Manning Clifton passed away Nov. 30 at 9:20 p.m. of the cancer she had been battling since mid-July 2003.

She and her husband Dan loved living in their motor home for the last 18 years and have been winter residents at Escapees North Ranch near Congress, Ariz. since its founding in 1993. They have been employed by Escapees RV Club of Livingston, Texas since 1990. As manager of the Chapters and Volunteer Club Representatives (VCRs) she established the VCR program, aided in and oversaw the establishment of the newest 20 chapters, five Certified Birds of a Feather groups and reestablishment of two older chapters.

Prior to "retirement" she spent 25 years as one of the nation's top Tupperware managers. She was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority while attending UC Santa Barbara. In her youth she was a member of Job's Daughters where she received the Pat Gregory Award.

She was viewed as a close personal friend by countless people from all phases of her life and felt the same about each of them.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Dan; mother Pat Manning, Mira Loma, Calif.; two daughters Danelle Jeffs, Chino, Calif., Suzanne Clifton, South Haven, Mich.; one son Bill Clifton, Fontana, Calif.; sister Sedra Jueden, Mira Loma, Calif.; three grandchildren.

Funeral and inurnment service will be held Saturday, Dec. 13 at 10 a.m. at St. Alban's Episcopal Church, 357 W. Yavapai St., Wickenburg, Ariz. A memorial service and celebration of life will follow at 2 p.m., Dec. 13 at North Ranch, Highway 89, Congress, Ariz.
