Some of you may know that my dear brother, Ziad, passed away in 1994.  After high school and college, Ziad became a publicist and represented several Hollywood celebrities who counted on his guidance (and wry sense of humor) to get them through the ups and downs of their careers.  Ziad realized several of his goals in life:  managing a rock and roll band, traveling to places like Greece and Japan, taking up painting, adopting a dog, and living for several years in a different part of the United States (Denver, Colorado).  He was a very sweet uncle to his nephew, Sami, who was 1 1/2-years old when Ziad died.

I was lucky to be Ziad's sister, and will cherish his life and memory always.
